Here are the ingredients:
1. 1 cup Blueberries
2. 30 grams Banana Whey Protein
3. 1 whole Banana
4. 2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
5. 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
6. 1 whole Avocado
7. 1.5 cups Water

1 cup Blueberries:
Blueberries are one of the best berries around. They are stuffed with antioxidants and contain a compound called Cyanidin 3-Glucoside (“C3G” for short) which serves in a series of complex enzyme signaling within your muscles to deactivate fat and recruit nutrients to build muscle. Through this, blueberries are a great tool for muscle preservation/growth and fat loss. The great taste doesn’t hurt either…
Also, using frozen blueberries will give your smoothie a nice chill.

30 grams Banana Whey Protein:
It is common knowledge that proteins serve as the building blocks for muscles. In order to repair after athletic activity, your body needs protein. Within milk-based protein, there are Whey and Casein protein, whey being the more quickly digested of the two and therefore suitable for immediate digestion post-exercise.

1 whole Banana
Bananas are a tremendous source of energy as they contain Vitamin B6 (see our TrustFuel™ ingredient research) as well as Vitamin C. In addition to those, bananas have other essential nutrients like potassium (also described in our ingredient research) and are a great source of fuel immediately following a workout.

2 tablespoons Flax Seeds & 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
Flax seeds might as well be considered a super-food. They are a great source of omega 3’s (help reduce risk of heart disease), fiber for digestive health, protein, magnesium and much more. Studies have shown that flax seeds help with fat loss as well as contribute to the health of skin and hair. Need I say more!!
Chia seeds help with hydration as they assist the body in storing water, but are also high in omega 3’s. As described above, these are great for heart health.

1 whole Avocado
Last, but not least, Avocados. Avocados are also considered a superfood. They contain Vitamin K, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and more. They are also filled with monounsaturated fatty acids which is extremely helpful for heart health and reducing unwanted inflammation throughout the body.

Then add 1.5 cups of Water and blend it all up in your blender of choice!

You're ready to go!
